Seriously just what did you get yourself into?
The first incident or “love letter” arrived onto your doorstep on a random Wednesday. It was just a soft pink envelope sealed with a heart-shaped sticker. At first, you thought it was for you until you saw the name of the girl in your english class. Maybe someone had the wrong dorm number. But when another letter shows up the next day, and then another, you start to realize two things:
1. Someone on campus has a serious crush problem.
2. You have somehow become their personal delivery service.
By Friday, you had a whole collection of letters meant for people you barely know. With no better plan, you start slipping them into the correct mailbox, dropping them onto desks, and handing them off with a whispered, “This is for you.”
Before you know it, people started calling you the ‘Campus Cupid’.
It’s kind of fun—watching couples get together, seeing people’s eyes light up when they read something sweet. That is, until you find his letter.
Lee Heeseungs letter. The guy with the lazy smile and unfairly good hair. The guy who always seems to be exactly where you don’t need him to be. The guy you have been crushing on way more than you meant to.
It was no surprise that he would get sent a letter. He was the darling of the campus, he was a charmer, talented in sports and without a doubt extremely handsome.
You examined the letter. It was morally right to give it to him… right?
Frowning, you place the letter in his usual seat. Just because you liked him didn’t mean you can take his right of knowing that someone else does.
The day passes without you thinking too much about the letter you placed on Heeseung’s desk. Or at least, you try not to think about it. It’s not like it matters, right? Someone else likes him. No big deal.
At least, that’s what you keep telling yourself.
But then, right after your afternoon lecture, Heeseung finds you outside the lecture hall, love letter in hand.
“Hey, Cupid.” His voice is casual, but there’s a flicker of something unreadable in his eyes. He holds up the letter between two fingers. “Any idea who wrote this?”
Your heart stops.
You stare at the letter, forcing yourself to keep calm. You knew this would happen. Of course, Heeseung would be curious. You should just tell him you don’t know. That’s what you should do.
But something about the way he’s looking at you makes you hesitate.
Frowning, you take the letter from his hands, pretending to examine it like if you hadn’t stared at it for hours before handing it to him. But when you open it and your eyes scan the page, confusion settles in.
There’s no name. No initials. Nothing.
That’s strange. Most of the letters you’ve delivered always had at least a tiny clue. An initial, a signature, sometimes even a number with a name.
“What’s with that look? You must’ve seen who gave it to you, no?” Heeseung asks, raising a brow.
You look back at the letter, skimming over the heart felt words. It was weird intruding someone’s feelings like this but with Heeseungs intense stare you couldn’t say no. The letter said:
I don’t know when it started, but you’ve always been there. In the background, in the crowd, just close enough to notice, but never close enough to reach. It’s frustrating, liking someone like this. Sometimes I wish I never met you in that cafe because now you’re all I ever think about, I hope I can confront you someday.
Your stomach twists.
The handwriting. The way certain letters are slanted. The way some words are scratched out and rewritten.
It’s… familiar.
Too familiar.
Your breath catches.
Oh.
Oh no.
It was yours.
See, the first time you met Heeseung, it wasn’t in a lecture hall or at some college party—it was at a small cafe just off campus, the kind of place students flocked to for overpriced lattes and last-minute study sessions.
You had been there first, tucked into a corner seat with your laptop open and a half-empty cup of coffee beside you. The cafe was packed, the usual rush of students scrambling for caffeine before their next class, and you were too focused on your work to notice him walk in.
That is, until you heard a voice—smooth, slightly out of breath—directed at you.
“Hey, is this seat taken?”
You looked up, and that was the first time you saw Lee Heeseung up close.
Messy brown hair, a hoodie thrown over a plain t-shirt, dark eyes filled with something playful yet sleepy at the same time. You recognized him vaguely—he was in one of your general electives, though he always sat near the back, half-hidden behind his laptop. He was the kind of guy people noticed without him even trying, whether it was because of his reputation on the basketball team or just the effortless way he carried himself.
And now, he was standing in front of you, waiting for an answer.
You blinked. “Oh, um—no, go ahead.”
“Thanks,” he said, sliding into the chair across from you. He set down his coffee cup, then pulled out a notebook, flipping through the pages lazily. “You’re in my media studies class, right?”
You hadn’t expected him to recognize you, much less strike up a conversation.
“Yeah,” you admitted. “I sit near the front.”
“Right, that’s why I never see you,” he said with a lopsided grin. “I usually get there late.”
You let out a small laugh despite yourself. “Yeah, I’ve noticed.”
For some reason, that seemed to amuse him. Heeseung leaned back in his chair, tapping his pen against his notebook. “So, what’s got you looking so serious? Studying for something?”
You glanced at your laptop screen. “Not exactly. Just… trying to finish an article for the campus paper.”
That caught his interest. “You write for the paper?”
“Kind of. It’s just an opinion column. Nothing major.”
Heeseung tilted his head, considering. “I’ll have to check it out sometime. Maybe I’ll learn something.”
You rolled your eyes, but you could feel your face growing warm. Heeseung had this way of making everything sound lighthearted, but there was something about the way he was looking at you—like he actually meant it—that made your stomach flip.
You didn’t know it then, but that moment—him sitting across from you in a crowded cafe, lazily flipping through his notes while keeping light conversations, smiling at you like you were the only person worth paying attention to—that was the moment it started.
The quiet, unshakable feeling of a new beginning forming.
You blink rapidly, snapping back to reality, only to find Heeseung staring at you with a curious tilt of his head.
“You good?” He waves a hand in front of your face, and you realize you’ve been gripping the letter like it personally offended you.
“Yeah!” You blurt out, a little too quickly. “Fine. Super fine.”
Heeseung narrows his eyes, but instead of questioning your suspicious expressions, he leans against the wall next to you, arms crossed, the picture of casual confidence. “So? Any idea who my secret admirer is?”
Your stomach does a full gymnastics routine.
Yeah, actually, it’s me. Surprise!
Obviously, you can’t say that.
You force a laugh, shoving the letter back into his hands like it’s a ticking time bomb. “No clue! There are so many love letters I deal with around campus, you know? Could be anyone.”
Heeseung mockingly pouted. “Come on, Cupid. If anyone can figure it out, it’s you.”
You freeze. Oh no.
Heeseung grins, nudging your arm playfully. “Please? be my lead detective I need to know who has this much of a crush on me.”
You stare at him, trying not to look as horrified as you feel. He’s practically pleading, eyes shining with excitement. He wants to know. He’s curious.
And you?
You want the earth to swallow you whole.
But instead, you swallow down your panic and give him your most confident, totally-not-dying-inside smile. “Yeah, sure! I’ll, uh… I’ll let you know if I figure it out.”
Great. Now you’re investigating your own love letter.
Romcoms make this look so much easier.
Tumblr media
In your defense, the love letter was never supposed to see the light of day.
It had been one of those late-night, caffeine-fueled brain dumps—the kind where your emotions got the best of you, and instead of focusing on your essay due at midnight, you had decided, hey, why not write a dramatic love confession you’ll never actually send?
It started off as a joke. A harmless what if?
What if you had the guts to tell Heeseung how you felt?
What if you weren’t just the campus Cupid, but actually someone worth writing about?
What if, for once, you weren’t just the messenger in everyone else’s love stories?
So, you had poured your heart onto the page. You wrote about how frustrating it was, liking someone from a distance—watching him laugh in the campus café, seeing him glide effortlessly through every class, always just out of reach. You let yourself be honest, because no one was ever supposed to read it.
And then? You stuffed it into your notebook, forgot about it, and went about your life like it never happened.
Until now.
Now, it was in Heeseung’s hands just because you thought it was written by someone else, and now you were stuck in the worst romcom of all time—investigating your own love letter while trying desperately to keep your crush a secret.
Honestly?
You were so, so doomed.
“So, what do you think?”
You try to keep your face neutral as Heeseung waves the letter in front of you, looking more confused than anything.
“About… what?” You ask cautiously.
“This.” He gestures to the paper. “The letter. My so-called ‘secret admirer.’”
Your spoke before you could stop yourself. “So…you figure out who it is. What happens then?”
He thinks, running a hand through his hair. “I mean, i’ll turn them down, it’s really flattering but it’s also kind of a hassle.”
A hassle?
You force out a laugh, even as your stomach twists into knots. “Oh, come on, it’s not that bad. Someone clearly put a lot of thought into this.”
“That’s the problem.” Heeseung exhales sharply. “I wasn’t expecting this. Im interested in someone else, and now I have to figure out how to let this person down without making things awkward.”
Your face heats up. You want to disappear.
“So, you’re not interested in them…? You like someone already?” You ask hesitantly, barely able to get the words out.
Heeseung shakes his head. “I don’t even know who they are. But I hope they don’t take it the wrong way, Y’know?”
You stare at him, pulse pounding in your ears.
He has no idea.
And now? You definitely can’t confess.
Not when you already know his answer.
And if there was one thing worse than knowing Heeseung didn’t want a relationship, it was actively helping him investigate your own confession.
Every day, he’d bring up new theories about who could’ve written the letter, and every day, you’d have to nod along, pretending to be just as clueless.
At first, it wasn’t so bad. Heeseung didn’t seem to be taking it too seriously, mostly brushing it off whenever it came up. But as the days passed, something shifted… just slightly.
“Okay, so hear me out,” Heeseung said, leaning against the bookshelf beside you. The library was quiet, save for the occasional rustle of papers and muffled whispers. “What if it’s someone from one of my classes?”
You kept your eyes on your laptop screen, pretending to focus on your assignment. “You already went through that theory. Twice.”
“Yeah, but I was thinking—what if they’re too nervous to say anything in person? What if it’s, like… someone who sits far away from me?”
You bit your lip. “And yet, you’re still expecting me to figure it out?”
“Well, you’re good at reading people.” Heeseung grinned, nudging your arm. “You always seem to know what’s going on with everyone.”
Your heart stuttered. If only he knew just how right he was.
Heeseung sighed, folding his arms over his chest. “I don’t get it. They wrote all this deep, meaningful stuff, but they didn’t sign their name. What’s the point of confessing if you don’t want the person to know?”
You swallowed hard. “Maybe they were scared.”
Heeseung tilted his head slightly, looking at you in that way that always made you feel like he could see through you. “Scared of what?”
You hesitated. “Of ruining what they already have.”
His expression shifted. “You think they know me?”
You forced a shrug. “Probably. Why else would they write all that?”
Something flickered in his gaze, something unreadable. He held your gaze for a second too long before clearing his throat. “Huh. I never really thought about it like that.”
You turned back to your screen, desperate to focus on anything else. But then Heeseung moved closer, his arm brushing against yours as he leaned in to look at your laptop.
“What are you even working on?” he asked, voice quieter now, like the space between you had shrunk to something more intimate.
You could barely think straight. “Just… an essay.”
“Hm.” He didn’t sound convinced.
His voice was too close. His scent—clean, with a hint of something warm—was too distracting. It was stupid, so stupid, how easily he got under your skin without even trying.
The next few days started to get a little weird.
Heeseung had always been playful, always teasing and leaning in too close, but now it felt… different.
It was in the way he started remembering the little things—how you liked your coffee, how you tapped your fingers when you were thinking, how you always fixed your hair when you were nervous.
It was in the way he kept looking at you, his gaze lingering a little too long before he caught himself.
It was in the way his teasing changed—less casual, more intentional. Like he wanted to see how you’d react.
And then, one night, things got dangerous.
You were in his dorm, flipping through the list of names you had pretended to compile for the investigation. Heeseung sat on the floor beside you, his laptop balanced on his knees, absentmindedly chewing on a pen cap as he read through the letter again.
“You know…” he said, tilting his head, “whoever wrote this is actually really good with words.”
Your blinked. “Yeah?”
“Yeah. It’s, like… weirdly personal.” He frowned slightly, scanning the page. “I feel how much they mean it.”
You held your breath.
He let out a soft laugh. “Honestly, it kinda sounds like your writing.”
Your heart stopped.
Your head snapped up so fast you nearly gave yourself whiplash. “What?”
Heeseung blinked at you, startled. “I mean—you’re good at writing, right? I read your papers, You’ve always been good with words.”
He reads your papers?
You forced out a laugh, hoping he couldn’t hear the way your voice shook. “Right— Well, I didn’t write it, obviously.”
Heeseung studied you for a moment, his expression unreadable. Then, to your horror, he smirked.
“Why do you look so guilty?”
“I don’t.”
“You do.”
“I’m literally just existing, Heeseung. Shut up.”
He laughed, but there was something behind his eyes that made your stomach flip—something like curiosity. “Stop freaking out im just kidding.”
Tumblr media
The investigation had led you and Heeseung all over campus, following false leads, and ultimately getting nowhere. You had been walking back toward the dorms when the sky, clear just moments ago, suddenly turned gray.
And then—of course—it started to rain.
Hard.
“Are you serious?” you groaned, pulling your jacket over your head as you and Heeseung ran toward the nearest cover—a small wooden gazebo near the campus library.
You both skidded to a stop under the roof, breathless and drenched. Heeseung shook his head like a wet dog, flinging water everywhere.
“Really?” You scowled, wiping raindrops off your face.
He laughed, ruffling his already-messy hair. “My bad.”
The sound of rain drumming against the roof filled the space between you, the cool breeze making you shiver.
“Here,” Heeseung said, shrugging off his hoodie.
You blinked at him. “What?”
“You’re cold, Cupid” he pointed out, holding the hoodie out to you. “Take it.”
“I’m fine,” you said, crossing your arms.
He scoffed. “Just take it before you get sick.”
You hesitated, but he rolled his eyes and stepped closer, draping the hoodie over your shoulders himself. The warmth of it, of him, surrounded you immediately, and your breath hitched.
You looked up at him, ready to protest, but he was already watching you—his expression unreadable, the usual teasing glint in his eyes nowhere to be found.
“Why do I feel like you’re hiding something from me?” he murmured suddenly.
Your pulse spiked. “What?”
Heeseung tilted his head slightly, studying you in a way that made your stomach twist. “I don’t know. You just…” He trailed off, then shook his head. “Never mind.”
You swallowed hard, clutching the hoodie tighter around you.
The rain kept falling around you, blurring the world outside the gazebo, making this moment feel like it existed outside of everything else—outside of reality, outside of whatever mess you had gotten yourself into.
For a split second, it felt like you weren’t just Heeseung’s reluctant investigation partner. Like you weren’t the person holding onto a secret that could ruin everything.
Like, maybe, he could actually like you back.
But then he sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. “We should probably wait this out before heading back.”
Just like that, the moment passed and you were left standing there in his hoodie, drowning in warmth, drowning in him, pretending you weren’t completely, helplessly falling apart.
After the rain, the campus felt quieter, the usual chatter dampened by the lingering water in the air. You walked alongside Heeseung, both of you with your hoods up, trying to shield yourselves from the leftover drizzle. It was awkward but comfortable — the kind of silence where you weren’t sure if you were supposed to talk or if it was okay just to exist in the same space.
Heeseung was the first to break it. “You know, you really don’t have to walk me all the way back to my dorm. It should be the other way around—.”
You glanced at him, trying to hide the blush creeping up your cheeks. You were worried about your own feelings, and now, Heeseung had a way of making your heart flutter with the smallest of gestures.
“I don’t mind,” you replied quickly, too quickly. “I just figured I should, you know… make sure you’re okay.”
Heeseung chuckled, a low sound that made you feel warm despite the cool rain. “You’re acting kind of weird. Usually, you’re so naggy. I thought I’d never see you get flustered.”
You looked away, trying to hide your face. “I’m not flustered.”
There was a brief pause as Heeseung watched you. His eyes softened, the usual teasing light in them dimming a little. “You’re not fooling me, you know.”
You slowed your pace, nervous now, your heart pounding as you tried to look calm. “I’m not trying to fool anyone.”
“I think you are,” he replied, stepping a little closer, his shoulder brushing yours as the two of you continued walking side by side.
You swallowed hard. The proximity felt different now, more charged. Your voice faltered. “What do you mean?”
Heeseung didn’t respond right away. Instead, he shifted his gaze to the ground, the rain creating ripples on the wet pavement. “It’s just… you’re always so careful with what you say. Always so in control. But sometimes… I wonder if you’re hiding something.”
Your stomach dropped at his words. You glanced over at him, but he wasn’t looking at you. The air between you felt heavier, and the tension seemed to stretch out longer than usual.
“I’m not hiding anything,” you murmured, even though part of you wished he could know the truth — or maybe, just maybe, that he could feel the same way.
Heeseung’s voice was quieter now, his tone almost teasing, but there was something else in it, something deeper. “Then why do you always look at me like that? Like you’re holding back?”
Your heart skipped a beat. “What?”
He finally met your eyes, his gaze intense. There was a flicker of something — was it vulnerability? — in his look. “Like you’re scared to let me in. What are you afraid of?”
Your breath hitched. For a split second, you were paralyzed, unsure of how to answer. Was it possible he was starting to see through your walls?
Heeseung’s gaze softened as he noticed the look on your face, sensing something unspoken. He took a step back, offering you a small, reassuring smile. “Maybe I’m just overthinking it. Forget it.”
But you couldn’t forget it. Not now. You could feel the space between the two of you shifting, the weight of his words lingering. Something was different, something had shifted, and you weren’t sure if it was just your heart racing or something more.
For the rest of the walk, neither of you spoke much. But every time your eyes met, it felt like there was a new understanding between you two — a shared secret that neither of you was ready to fully admit, but both were beginning to feel.
Tumblr media
It had been a long day, but when you stepped out of your last class, you couldn’t shake the feeling that something was different. It wasn’t just the cold air or the approaching dusk; something was off, and you couldn’t quite put your finger on it. That was until you spotted Heeseung standing by the bench outside the library, his gaze fixed on you as if he’d been waiting for a while.
Your heart skipped a beat.
He looked at you for a moment before he spoke. “Cupid, we need to talk.”
A nervous flutter danced in your stomach, and you forced a smile. “Uh, sure. What’s up?”
He took a deep breath, stepping toward you, and you noticed the letter in his hand — the same one you’d written to him, the one that had been slipped anonymously into his mailbox just a few days ago. Your heart pounded in your chest, the realization of what was happening dawning on you.
Heeseung didn’t say anything for a moment, just held the letter between his fingers, glancing down at it. “I know this is from you,” he said quietly, his voice gentle but filled with a soft surprise. “I figured it out after I read it again.”
You froze, your breath catching in your throat. You had hoped, prayed, that he wouldn’t find out this way. But here it was, and you couldn’t avoid it any longer.
“How… How did you know?” you asked, trying to hide the nerves creeping up your voice.
He smiled slightly, his eyes crinkling at the corners. “A few things gave it away. The way you worded everything… It just felt like it came from you.”
“Also I found some of your notebooks while we were at your dorm and I matched the handwriting…” He blurted out.
Your heart sank. You had spent so long hoping he wouldn’t realize it was you, but now it seemed impossible to hide the truth.
“I… I’m sorry,” you said, almost embarrassed. “I didn’t mean for you to find out like this. I just… didn’t know how to tell you. I didn’t want to make things awkward between us.”
Heeseung’s expression softened. “Why would it be awkward?”
“Because I’ve liked you for a while, and I didn’t know how to say it,” you admitted, looking down at your shoes. “So I thought if I wrote the letter, I could control it. But then I accidentally gave it to you and everything is just— I don’t know It was never meant to reach you.”
Heeseung’s smile widened, and something about the way he looked at you made your stomach flip. “Well, I don’t know about you, but I kind of wish you’d just told me sooner.”
Your eyes shot up to meet his. “What?”
“I mean it,” he said, stepping a little closer. “I wasn’t expecting it to be you but now that I know… It’s kind of a relief. I’ve been wondering why you’ve been acting so weird around me.”
You blinked, taken aback. “I’ve been acting weird?”
Heeseung laughed softly, his eyes twinkling. “Yeah, you’ve been avoiding me like the plague. Always a little too nervous when we talk.”
You felt a wave of warmth rise to your cheeks. “I didn’t mean to… I just…”
He took another step forward, the distance between the two of you shrinking. “You don’t need to explain. I get it.” He paused for a moment, his eyes meeting yours with an almost teasing glint in them. “Honestly, I’ve kind of had a feeling you liked me. You just never said it.”
Your heart skipped a beat. “Wait… you knew?”
He grinned. “Not for sure, but I wasn’t completely blind. I just didn’t want to make assumptions.”
A laugh bubbled up from your chest, and you felt your nerves ease a little. The tension that had been building between the two of you melted away, replaced by something lighter, something more familiar.
“So… this doesn’t make things weird?” you asked cautiously, unsure if you were reading him right. The last thing you wanted was to make things uncomfortable.
Heeseung shook his head, his smile softening. “No. Actually, I’m kind of glad. Now I don’t have to turn anyone down because I like someone else.”
Your heart raced as he closed the gap between the two of you, standing only a few inches away. He looked down at the letter in his hand, then back at you, his expression serious but warm. “I don’t think I ever really realized how much I liked you until now. I think I’ve been too caught up in my own head to notice, but hearing this from you? Yeah, I think I feel the same.”
For a moment, everything seemed to pause — the sound of people passing by, the rustling of the leaves in the breeze, even the thumping of your own heartbeat — until Heeseung’s words sank in fully. The shock of it left you speechless, and the only thing you could manage was a soft, almost breathless, “Really?”
He chuckled, the sound light and comforting. “Really. I like you too, Cupid— I mean, Y/N.”
A smile spread across your face, and you couldn’t stop it. Your heart felt lighter than it had in days, as if a weight had been lifted off your chest. You had been so afraid of how things might turn out, but now, with Heeseung standing here in front of you, it felt like everything was falling into place.
Heeseung held the letter out to you, a soft chuckle escaping his lips. “You know, you could’ve just told me. But I guess this works too.”
You took the letter from him, glancing down at the words you’d written once more, a smile tugging at your lips. “Maybe it was a bit dramatic. But… I was too scared to just say it. I didn’t want to mess things up.”
He reached for your hand, gently taking it in his. “You didn’t mess anything up, Cupid. You just… made everything clearer.”
And just like that, all the tension and uncertainty you’d been feeling seemed to dissolve. There was no more hiding, no more pretending. You were standing here, with Heeseung, both of you finally understanding the feelings that had been simmering for so long.
“So,” he said after a moment, his voice playful again, “How about we skip the letters next time and just go for a dinner date?”
You laughed, your heart full as you squeezed his hand. “That sounds perfect.”
Heeseung smiled, his gaze soft and filled with something genuine. “Good. Let’s not wait any longer, I really want some ramen.”
And with that, the two of you walked off together, the air between you light, and the promise of something more ahead.

BONUS 𝜗𝜚˚⋆
Dating Heeseung felt like stepping into something familiar but entirely new at the same time. The comfort of your friendship was still there—the teasing, the ease, the way you could talk about anything and everything—but now there was something softer, sweeter, laced between every interaction.
Like right now.
It was late, the two of you curled up on your dorm room floor with a half-finished pizza between you, an old playlist humming softly from your phone. The world outside felt quiet, like this moment only belonged to the two of you. Heeseung was leaning against the bed, his legs stretched out, while you were sitting cross-legged beside him, picking at the crust of your pizza slice.
His hand, which had been resting casually near yours, suddenly slid closer, his fingers tracing the tips of yours absentmindedly. It was such a simple thing, but it sent a shiver up your spine nonetheless.
“So,” Heeseung started, voice slow and teasing. “How’s it feel? Finally dating the guy of your dreams?”
You rolled your eyes, already knowing where this was going. “You’re impossible.”
Heeseung grinned, leaning his head back against the bed. “No, but really. You had a crush on me for so long, and now look at us.” His fingers fully laced with yours now, his touch warm and effortless.
“I wouldn’t say I had a crush that long,” you mumbled, taking a sip of your drink to avoid looking at him.
“Are you kidding? You literally wrote me a love letter.”
Your face burned. “Okay, one letter—”
“One?” Heeseung gasped dramatically, sitting up and turning toward you. “So you’re telling me there aren’t, like, ten versions of that letter somewhere in your notes app?”
You choked. “There absolutely are not.”
“Oh my god.” He laughed, eyes gleaming with amusement. “There are. You rewrote it a bunch of times, didn’t you?”
You covered your face with your hands, groaning. “I am not having this conversation.”
Heeseung was grinning now, having way too much fun at your expense. He reached over, gently prying your hands from your face. “No, no, let’s talk about it. Tell me, how long did it take you to get the perfect wording? Did you, like, pace around your room dramatically?”
You huffed, crossing your arms. “For your information, I wasn’t that dramatic.”
Heeseung smirked. “Mhm. So you didn’t dramatically sigh and go, ‘No, this isn’t right, I need to capture his essence’?”
You picked up a stray piece of crust and chucked it at him. He dodged it easily, laughing as he caught your wrist, pulling you toward him slightly.
“You’re the worst,” you mumbled, but there was no real annoyance behind it.
Heeseung was still grinning, his fingers now playing with yours absentmindedly. “You love it.”
You sighed, shaking your head. “I really don’t.”
“You do,” he countered, tugging you even closer until you were practically pressed against his side. His voice dropped, softer now, almost teasing in a different way. “Did you mean everything you said in that letter?”
You swallowed, suddenly feeling like all the air had been sucked out of the room. “What if I did?”
Heeseung tilted his head, his gaze locked onto yours, and suddenly, the playful atmosphere melted into something else—something quieter, more intense.
“Then,” he murmured, his thumb brushing lightly over your knuckles, “I’d tell you that I think about it a lot.”
You blinked. “You do?”
Heeseung nodded, his expression unusually serious now. “I mean, do you even realize how… nice it is to know someone felt that way about me? And not just anyone—you.” He exhaled, his lips curling into something softer, more affectionate. “I don’t think I ever told you, but when I first read it, before I even knew it was from you, I remember thinking… whoever wrote this really cares about me.”
Your heart was thudding so loudly you were sure he could hear it.
“And then,” he continued, “when I found out it was you? It just… it all made sense.”
Your breath hitched slightly. “It did?”
Heeseung hummed in response.
“You’ve always been there,” he said softly. “I just didn’t realize how much I wanted you to be closer.”
You felt your throat tighten, emotion bubbling up in your chest, but before you could even think of a response, Heeseung leaned in, his forehead resting lightly against yours.
His eyes flickered to your lips for just a moment before meeting your gaze again, as if silently asking permission.
You didn’t need to think twice.
Closing the small distance between you, you kissed him.
It was soft, slow—like both of you were still memorizing the feeling. Heeseung sighed against your lips, his hand sliding to your jaw, tilting your face toward him just slightly.
When you finally pulled away, breathless and heart pounding, Heeseung smiled, his forehead still pressed to yours.
“So,” he murmured, eyes twinkling, “if I ask you nicely, do I get to read those other drafts of the letter?”
You groaned, shoving him away playfully. “Absolutely not.”
Heeseung only laughed, pulling you back into his arms with ease. “Fine, fine. But at least let me know—was I always this irresistible in them?”
You rolled your eyes, but your smile gave you away. “Shut up, Heeseung.”
He grinned, pressing another soft kiss to your temple. “Love you too.”

**TW:** Drug use, alcohol consumption, profanity
pazzi x partygoer!reader
( no use of y/n, i’m lowkey getting sick of ts. )
You were an animal when it came to partying, and this one might’ve been the most insane one you’ve been to.
__________
‘Are you going to come?’
You looked down at your phone, the text interrupting your show playing on the television screen in the front room. You smiled, remembering that your friend Jackie had invited you to a party yesterday.
‘Yes.’
‘Alright. Get ready in 30 minutes.’
You just liked the message, turning off the TV and immediately heading into your room. You were a partygoer; everyone knew it. You never turned one down, and you were known to go pretty hard when it came to parties.
The theme was black and white, and you had the perfect outfit to wear. You can admit, you were promiscuous (only when necessary), but you just knew how to have fun, no matter the circumstances. It was around 8:43 when you finished getting ready, deciding to take a few shots and smoke a small joint before going. As you took one more hit, your phone buzzed again.
‘I’m going to be on my way.’
You just liked the message and decided to take a few pictures and post them on your story, letting people know that you would be outside and would be having fun.
———-
The girls were all getting ready in Azzi and Morgan’s dorm, it was chaotic to say the least. “Why didn’t yall just get ready and then come here?” Morgan asked as she finished up her light makeup. Ice, Kk and Aubrey were in her room, spreaded around.
“Good question, morg.” Kk spoke, fixing up her twist. Morgan put her brush down and looked over at the sophomore. “So answer it?” Kk sighed dramatically, “Because getting ready by ourselves is no fun. plus, I wanted us to all leave out together.” Morgan just chuckled and turned off her vanity, looking at her teammates.
“Well, you guys are ready, no?” They nodded and the 4 left Morgan’s bed room. “Azzi Fudd!” Kk yelled as she opened her door. Azzi, Paige, Jana, Sarah and Caroline were still touching themselves up. Paige was the only one who looked completely ready, she was just doing her hair.
“Hi, Kk.” Azzi spoke softly as she put on some lip gloss. Paige and Azzi were matching, both wearing their black husky jumpsuit and both had slick back buns. “When were we gonna get the matching memo?” Ice teased as she stood by the door. Paige chuckled as she finished her hair and looked over at the woman.
“you know what this means, ice.” Kk rolled her eyes, “yea.. it’s lowkey corny.” Azzi and Paige just laughed. The two had this thing they liked doing. If they went anywhere matching, it meant they planned on taking someone home with them.
Kk is right, in a way it is a bit corny but it never seems to stop a girl from coming home with them. They’ve done it since they agreed on having a 3rd party some years ago. It was never a problem to them, they found it very sexy if anything.
“Yea well, just make sure she’s not like the last one.” Caroline spoke as she grimaced at the thought. Everyone cringed, the memory coming back about the girl who Paige and Azzi brought back with them 2 years go. It wasn’t good. “Well, is everybody ready?” Kk asked as she looked around. Confirmations can be heard around the room as they all left out the door one by one.
——————-
‘ been on another level ‘
When you arrived, you could already tell this party was gonna be something different. instead of bright colored lights, the house actually felt black and white. when you stepped inside, balloons were everywhere. It was a long hallway, the ceiling light was slightly flickering. There was a set of stairs which led to darkness, it was honestly scary in a way. “Girl, where the fuck you got me partying at?”
Jackie just laughed, “this fits your vibe perfectly, don’t worry.” You just shook your head with a smirk, entering the main area. Again, balloons everywhere, some on the ceiling, some on furniture, it was an amazing theme and you loved every second of it. your first thought though was the drinks and drugs. you felt like getting crossfaded tonight. Jackie pulled you to the kitchen where, you guessed it, balloons were filled at. you weren’t complaining though.
‘ since you came , numb the pain ‘
You spotted lots of drinks, it made you giddy. you clapped your hands in joy, immediately grabbing a red solo cup from the stack. you grabbed the vodka first, pouring until your heart told you to stop. you chugged it down, your throat burning but you’re used to the feeling. you poured some more, this time mixing it with some tequila and sliver patron.
“Shit!” You exclaimed as you slammed the empty cup back on the counter. “Look what I got.” Jackie spoke as she pulled out a bag of weed and a mini bag of pills. you smirked at her, immediately grabbing the weed and taking out some rolling paper out of your jacket pocket. Jackie put the pills on the counter and immediately started smashing them, turning them into a powdery substance.
you guys ended up with 4 joints and decided to split it evenly. “Im gonna smoke one right now.” You told your friend as you reached for her lighter. She just nodded, putting her two up for later. She knew you two were gonna be there for a while anyways.
‘ you look into my eyes , you can’t recognize my face ‘
as you were in the kitchen with jackie, talking and jamming out, you noticed a group of young women walk towards the main area and formed their circle in a corner of the building. for some reason, you couldn’t pull your eyes away from two of them specifically. as of right now, you’re sure you were crossfaded but you didn’t care. you just couldn’t pull your eyes away from them. and jackie noticed that.
You continued to make out the two girls faces. One looked white, the other one mixed. you haven’t seen them before, and it was making you feel things. You hadn’t noticed you were staring until the mixed one looked over at you. the two of you stared at each other before she looked away and tapped the white one on her arm.
the two of them now looking at you, slightly smirking. you could barely make them out before turning your head towards your friend. She was already looking at you with a smirk. “who are they?” jackie eyes went wide. “you don’t know about the women’s basketball team? girl do you not go on social media?” jackie asked as she looked over at the team. you shook your head, you didn’t live under a rock but you just didn’t seem to care about basketball, men’s or women’s.
“the ones who you were checking out are Paige and Azzi. they’re together but they’re openly known for third partying.” She explained as you looked back over. the team now all had drinks, someone must’ve brought them one. “oh, that’s sexy.” The joint that you smoked was making you feel weird but in a good way. you decided to take one more shot before grabbing Jackie’s hand and dragging her to the main area.
‘ you’re in my world now , you can stay , you can stay ‘
the two of you started dancing, the drugs and alcohol in your system making you loose and careless. Jackie, at one point was grinding on you and you gladly let her. the two of you were having a blast and this was exactly how you wanted it to be. “They’re totally checking you out.” You looked back over to indeed see the matching women eyeing you down. it made you hot, more hot than you already were. it was a lot of bodies in the house.
‘ but you belong to me , you belong to me ‘
“Yo, kk. who is that?” Paige asked as she nudged the younger girl. Kk looked over to you and her eyes went wide. She told them your name, her voice filled with excitement. “She’s known for partying like crazy. I’m not surprised she’s here, actually.” Azzi and Paige looked at each other, a knowing look on their faces. “That girl is sexy as fuck.” Azzi spoke as the two looked back over at you. They caught you already looking at them, making them more confident in getting their hands on you.
‘ if it hurts to breathe , open a window ‘
your body was filled with ecstasy. at one point you started to feel overwhelmed. them pills must’ve made you feel different because suddenly the music got too loud and you felt like you were suffocating. “are you feeling okay?” Jackie noticed the look on your face. you nodded, “I’m gonna go get some air.” you quickly walked towards the nearest window which felt so far away. you stuck your head out, letting out a breath of relief. this haven’t happened before, you noted to ask Jackie about them pills. or it could’ve been the weed, who knows?
as you stuck your head back in, you turned around and leaned onto the wall. your vision was now filled to see the two women from earlier. they both looked at you with a faint smirk, making you forget why you even came over here in the first place. “Whats up.” you spoke softly, you three were far back into the house so the music was fainted.
“Hi, pretty girl.” The mixed girl spoke up first. “You’re Azzi and Paige, right?” The two girls looked at each other and looked back at you. “So you’ve heard of us?” Paige asked. You smirked, pulling out your last joint. you really didn’t give a fuck, but you were by a window so hopefully you didn’t get too hot. “I guess you can say that.”
‘ oh you’re mind wants to leave , but you can’t go ‘
Paige eyed the joint, “you wanna share?” you chuckled and shook your head. “you don’t wanna hit this,” you took a hit and blew it out. “i’m sure yall heard about me, yea?” Azzi gently grabbed it from your hands, and you let her. “yes, we have. and that’s exactly why we’re standing in front of you, gorgeous.” The two of you kept eye contact as she took a hit and passed it to paige.
you looked over at paige to see her doing the same thing, afterwards she handed the joint back to you. “that was hot.” you said as you took another hit with a smirk. The two chuckled, still eyeing you down. you finished the joint and threw the bud out the window, your full attention on the two. “you two seem like trouble makers.”
they looked at each other again, and back at you. “tell you what,” paige started as she took a step closer. you sat up more, getting slightly nervous under her blue icy stare. “let us take you home, and you’ll see how much trouble we can actually cause.” she rasped as she licked her lips, looking you up and down. you looked at them, your eyes shifting over to the girl not too far behind her. She raised her eye brows, that teasing smirk plastered on her face.
‘ this is a happy house , we’re happy here in a happy house ‘
“Okay.” you whispered as let paige grab your hand, Azzi right behind you two. the three of you walked towards the exit. on the way, you seen Jackie talking to some guy, you’d just text her when you got to where you were going. Azzi and Paige nodded towards her team, letting them know they were leaving. You were about to get laid by the most attractive girls you’ve seen tonight and you couldn’t be happier.
‘ this is fun , fun , fun , fun ‘

Less Complicated
Noah Sebastian x Reader
Words: 1.6k
Warnings: none actually, enemies to lovers
Author comments: hey bestiessss! this is the first oneshot i'm posting to celebrate valentine's day with bad omens and i'm so excited to this week because i'll post one per day! i hope you all like it and see you tomorrow! 💕
Tumblr media
The wind was blowing so hard you could hear it. You pressed your arms against your body, trying your best to close your coat around you. The leafless trees danced under the light of the streetlamps. A few small piles of snow piled up on the damp sidewalks, reflecting the brightness of the shop windows decorated with red hearts and shiny letters. The distant sound of laughter and conversations between couples walking by created a cozy backdrop, contrasting with your loneliness as you walked. Valentine's Day had never been a special day for you, it was just another one when the world around you was immersed in hearts and flowers. As you walked to the café on the corner, the one you always went to when you felt lonely, your thoughts were occupied with the upcoming exhibition you were organizing for the local gallery. It was the only thing that still kept you distracted from it all.
The sound of music in the distance caught your attention. You frowned in disapproval as you recognized the melody of the famous song by the band you avoided listening to so much. More specifically, the lead singer you'd rather forget: Noah.
Noah had always been a constant presence in your life, but not always for the best reasons. Ever since high school, your lives seemed intertwined by an inexplicable rivalry. He was the kind of person who always made a point of annoying you, as if he knew exactly where every single one of your vulnerabilities was. How could someone who hated you so much get to know you so well? And to make things worse, he did it with pleasure, always with a smile on his face that at the time you could die for, but you would never tell anyone that you found it attractive.
The music in the distance brought back memories. The fierce competitions to be the best student in the class, the discussions about who was the most creative in the projects, the challenging looks you exchanged every chance you got. Noah always found a way to unsettle you, with his unfunny jokes and constant teasing. He knew exactly how to make you angry.
“Do you really think you can beat me?” Noah scoffed after one of the many competitions you’ve entered.
“At least I make an effort, unlike you who only rely on your own cheap charm,” you retorted, with sparks in your eyes.
“Charm? I didn’t know you noticed,” he replied with that mischievous smile that only pissed you off even more.
Inside the café, the warmth and the scents welcomed you. You took off your coat and sat down by the window, opening your computer to revise a few things. You were so immersed in your work that you almost didn't notice when a man entered the café, shaking the snow out of his hair and heading for the counter. He looked different from what you remembered, maybe more mature, but still with that carefree air that irritated you so much. You blinked a few times until you believed it was none other than Noah.
“I can’t believe it.” His voice brought you back to reality.
You looked up, forcing a polite smile. “Noah.”
“You here? I swear I didn’t expect to see you.” He smiled, and you had to fight the urge to roll your eyes.
“I’m working. What about you?”
“Show. We're in town. It looks like the band is still following you,” he joked, and you let out a sigh.
“Unfortunately, it seems so.” You turned your attention back to the screen, trying to put an end to the conversation.
But Noah wasn't the type of person to be ignored so easily. He ordered a coffee and sat down at your table, facing you. “Why are you always so serious? Isn't it Valentine's Day? You should be having fun.”
“And what about you? Where's your romantic day?” you replied, raising an eyebrow.
“I don't have one. My passion is music, remember?” He shrugged, taking a sip of coffee.
“Of course. How could I forget?” you replied, with a touch of sarcasm. “You play everywhere.”
“You always notice, then” he laughed, making you roll your eyes. “But what about you, still organizing those art exhibitions?” Noah asked, trying to strike up a conversation.
“Yes, that's my job,” you replied as dryly as you could, turning your eyes back to your laptop.
“You know, you really take all this seriously. Haven't you ever thought about relaxing a bit?” he teased.
You sighed and closed your laptop with an audible click. “Noah, why do you always feel the need to tease me?”
“Because it's fun to see you get angry,” he replied with a mischievous grin. “But maybe I also like to see you a little out of your comfort zone.”
“You don't change, do you? Always the same Noah, eager to be the center of attention,” you retorted, crossing your arms.
“And you, always so focused, so determined,” he said softly. “Maybe that's what I admire about you.”
You couldn't help but be surprised by the honesty in his voice. “Admire? You?”
“Yes. As much as we fight, I've always admired your passion for what you do. We're artists, we can't deny that we're passionate, and I admire that in you. Even if I don't say it often,” Noah admitted, looking directly into your eyes.
You felt disconcerted. You weren't used to this vulnerable version of Noah, let alone a compliment from him, or the way you felt, unable to arm yourself for a response. You looked away, trying to process what he had said.
“Well, thanks, I guess,” you mumbled, not knowing what to say.
Noah smiled, realizing that he had managed to disarm you. “Who knows, maybe we should try being friends for once?”
You arched an eyebrow, still skeptical. “Friends? I don't know if we're ready for that.”
“Maybe not now, but who knows in the future?” Noah replied, getting up to leave. “Anyway, it was good to see you. Good luck with the new exhibition.”
“Thank you, Noah. Good luck with your presentation,” you replied, watching as Noah left the café.
(...)
In the following days, you tried to concentrate on your work, but the conversation with Noah kept going through your head. He seemed different, more sincere, more vulnerable. It made you uneasy.
On the opening night of the exhibition, you were nervous. The lights in the gallery shone brightly, reflecting the meticulously selected paintings and sculptures. You ran your eyes over everything, as if there were still some detail or other that might have gone unnoticed, in an attempt to suppress your nervousness.
“It's perfect,” Noah's voice sounded next to you, soft and encouraging.
You turned to him, surprised to see him there. “What are you doing here?”
“I came to support you. We're artists, I know how lonely today can be for you. I thought you might need a friend tonight,” he said with a warm smile.
You felt a genuine wave of gratitude at that moment, making you smile back. “Thank you, Noah. It means a lot to me.”
“Can I ask you something?” Noah hesitated, as if choosing every word he was going to say.
“Of course,” you replied, curious.
“Why have you always hated me so much?” The question was direct, but there was a vulnerability in his voice that made you feel your stomach lurch.
You took a deep breath, staring at him. “It was never hate, Noah. I think it was... fear. Fear of how you made me feel. You were always so free, so confident, and I didn't know how to deal with it.”
“Fear?” Noah asked, surprised. “I never wanted to scare you. I always thought you hated me because well... I've always been a jerk to you.”
You laughed softly, despite your serious look. “And you were. But I was also a bit stubborn and proud. The two of us were always competing, always trying to prove I don't know what to I don't know who. Maybe we were actually trying to hide what we really felt.”
“And what did we really feel?” Noah asked in a soft tone, but full of curiosity.
You sighed, your gaze fixed on his eyes. “I think we were afraid of getting hurt. It was easier to fight than to admit that maybe there was something more. Something we didn't know how to deal with.”
“I won't deny it, I always felt there was something more,” Noah admitted. “But I didn't know how to tell you. Every time I tried, we ended up fighting. And then I thought, maybe it's better this way. Less complicated.”
“Less complicated, more painful,” you replied, your voice trembling slightly. “As time went by, I kept thinking about all the things I wish I'd told you, but never did. There was always a barrier between us, something we never knew how to cross.”
Noah took a step closer, gently holding your hand. You didn't remember, but that was probably the first time you touched each other, and it gave you goosebumps. “I always felt that there was something big between us. Maybe it's too late, but I think I'd still like to explore it with you.”
You felt your heart soar at his words. “Noah, I feel it too. I think I want to stop running away.”
He smiled, gently pulling you closer. “So, what do you say about starting now? My name is Noah and I sing in a band.” He smiled, holding out his hand to shake yours.
You giggled, feeling your face heat up. You smiled back, your eyes shining with the chance of a new hope, feeling that the truce between you could last forever.

OK FIRST OF ALL HOW DARE YOU??! We got baby Orion, look at that bean, so small and cute, but at what cost? The cost of our hearts being shattered….
Now the dramatics are over! The Megatronus doll?! I can hear d-16 seething in jealousy somewhere lmao.
Please tell me I’m not seeing things and Prima pulled out a weapon when he heard the door open?! Ready to defend but not when it was needed most because sentinel is a little bitch.
ZETA BEING ORIONS FAVE?! (It’s so cool you included that because it is part of canon, it’s in the movie novelisation if anyone is curious)
It’s so much more tragic with that piece of info, the way you drew Orion feeling like he’s lost something and having to be snapped out of it 😭 I love your art so much.
It does raise a question though, how old is Orion? Did he age slower or did sentinel do something to was with his ageing?
baby prime orion au
AKJSHDKAHDA THANK YOU I'M GLAD YOU ENJOYED IT!!! and that it seemed to hit the way i wanted it to! it is my mission with this au to make it unbearably cute and painful as fuck <33
that doll... i have plans for that doll.... no spoilers but it will come back...
AND YES THANK YOU FOR NOTICING THAT!! you're the first person i see that points out Prima's reaction to hearing someone come in! he's a little (a lot) overprotective of OP and he's always on guard even when they're deep in the tower where no one but their siblings and some trusted members of the High Guard are allowed to enter. he's also lowkey training OP to keep quiet when he hears someone come into his room and to be cautious of strangers. he doesn't want his baby brother to be scared of the world but he just... wants to keep him safe at all costs. most of the primes think he's being a little paranoid but he Does Not Care. once OP is older and can take care of himself they can talk about his anxiety but until then he's sticking to his guns.
and fun fact! when Sentinel sent his trackers to take custody of Optimus during his coup, it took them just long enough to search his rooms for him to allow the High Guard to send reinforcements and take him away. so. anxiety for the win babeeey⁓
and yeah zeta being OP's favorite is directly taken from the novel! in my mind Prima is OP's primary caretaker with everyone else taking turns to switch out with him, but Zeta being the matrix holder doesn't get the chance to do it as often as everyone else. so him dropping by is a special occasion! and because he doesn't want to ruin the little time he gets with his baby brother with anything, he lowkey spoils Optimus the most. so it's a mix of novelty and over-indulgence that gives him the edge over everyone else 🤭
AND YEAH THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GOING FOR! in this au OP is looking for the matrix for the good of everyone, he does believe bringing it back is the best thing for their society but deep down he also hopes it will fix the gaping wound in his spark he's been nursing his entire life. and when he sees Zeta Prime's lifeless body he knows the matrix being missing from it should be the thing he should focus on but... it's really not. and he doesn't understand why.
and orion's age is... something i kinda hoped no one would remember to ask about (/▽\)
jk but for real he's about 52 cycles old. he's definitely older than the rest of the squad for at least a decade! buuuuut as a prime he also does age slower than them. this one is not on sentinel, it's just a him/prime thing. a small part of dee's frustration with orion in this au is because he's under the impression that they're more or less the same age but orion acts much more immaturely than he should, but this is kinda because orion literally doesn't mature at the same rate than he does.
it's not by much but the difference is there and they can feel it even if they don't understand it.
i have a chart in case anyone cares about it akjsdhkja
Tumblr media
not my best work but it'll do for now.
so basically OP's mental development is one year for every 2.5 cycles while everyone else's is one per every 1.5. he and dee met when OP was 36 cycles old and Dee was 24 which was the exact moment where their mental development was almost equal, which made them hit off pretty well! but after that it was just a matter of time before dee started leaving Orion behind.
again, it isn't by much but the difference exists and is just one more straw to break the camel's back.
also the poor high guard that stayed behind to keep an eye on Orion was working overtime trying to keep people from wondering why this particular sparkling was growing up so slowly. they faked a bunch of records for him and officially speaking Orion is 47 cycles old, when he's actually 52, but even that only gave them a very limited amount of time before everyone started noticing that Orion was kinda little for his age.
they also did their damn best to keep Orion from entering the mines at the age he was supposed to because there was no fucking way they were letting the equivalent of 12 year old go in there.
they did so much crime and falsification you guys.
as it is OP was still mentally younger than everyone else when they went in, but officially he was almost 5 years older than he should've been. it was the best they could do.
so... yeah!
thank you for asking because i had been postponing doing this for weeks now xD

Tumblr media
Life was hard. You were always bullied in school. Teased, harassed, humiliated, kids thought it was funny to make you cry. You were nothing but nice. Eating lunch alone in the school bathrooms, standing alone at break. You were pushed, shoved, kicked when going anywhere, you had tried to consult a councillor but they seemed to like your bullies more, ignoring your claims since you didn’t have proof.
You never understood why kids hated you so much. You weren’t exactly ugly, you had a glimmer of self confidence, looks wise at least. Maybe the way you acted? But you barely spoke. This is what riled you up. People despised you.. and for what reason?
Even as an adult, you were unlucky. No man ever looked your way, you always seemed to come second in hiring. Being broke and lonely you hated life, you always tried in school but your grades weren’t enough, you were a failure.
So here you are. Sat on the edge of the bridge, the busy highway flooded with cars moving by, the motion was a blur. You sat contemplating. ‘I should just jump. Get it over with’ you thought to yourself. You were so drained, afraid of dying but life wasn’t much better than dying anyway.
You sat for a while, just dangling your legs, hyping yourself up enough to jump. ‘Fucking wimp.’ You thought, looking at your hands that were cowering at the thought of jumping, your heart was pounding.
Unbeknownst to you, a man who had driven by noticed this situation, not fully sure if it was going to escalate but to be safe he rang the police. Alerting them.
You sat looking down. ‘Would the fall even kill you?’ You thought. It looked like it would, but the thought of it not killing you on impact made you hesitate, what if you didn’t die, but survived, the pain from the impact making your stomach churn.
Through the midsts of white/yellowy lights from headlights on the bridge and the musky orange light from the lampposts, you saw a flicker of red and blue lights approaching.
Panicking, when the car pulled over and a police officer came out, you gained composure and stood up. Shaking slightly as the heights of the situation increased.
“Excuse me miss.” A calm voice rang out, over the noise of the passing by cars. You turned to look at him, still stood on the edge of the bridge.
He was youngish, maybe in his 30s realistically but he looked younger. He was handsome, his dark hair parted neatly, his uniform was tidy and his eyes looked into yours from the distance he was stood.
“Can you step down from there?” He called out again, his tone was calm, well spoken and polite.
“..no.” You replied quietly. “No, I won’t.. leave..go away” your voice spiking in panic.
“Miss, please step down, you’re not in trouble. I just want to have a word with you.” He said kindly. Stepping forward and offering you a hand to step down.
He felt a twinge of anger that someone like you would be here, on the edge of the bridge, an urge of protection for you, he wasn’t sure why, he thought you were gorgeous. He didn’t know you, but he’d hate to see you go.
“W-why should I? Huh?” You responded angrily, “s’ not like life’s gonna be worth living anytime soon. I should just get it over with right? No one likes me anyway. I don’t know what the fuck I did but they all hate me.” Your voice cracked in upset as you ranted. You had a smile, a clearly forced one, as if amused by what you must’ve done to be here now.
Your eyes told a different story, the man noticed the hurt, the held back anguish. “You should step down because nothings going to resolve your problems if you die. Your mother would be heartbroken. If you want things to get better you need to resolve them.. be strong. Come on.” He spoke clearly, with a soft tone, he insisted his hand. And she looked at him. “Please.” He insisted once again.
She thought about his words and hesitantly took his hand. She stepped down, her sleeve riding up when she held his hand. Years of scars and burns littered her wrist, it shattered his heart to look at. Someone so beautiful being so.. hurt.
She noticed him looking and yanked her hand away, pulling her sleeve down. “Got a good look yeah?” She said spitefully.
“Im sorry.” He spoke, aware he was wrong for looking so long. “Would you like to talk? speak about whats on your mind?” He offered to which she shook her head.
A moment of silence passed.
“Could.. could I have a hug..?” She asked quietly, and he opened his arms. She wrapped her arms loosely around his midsection. One of his hands rested on her head, the other on her back.
“It’s going to be okay.” He said soothingly.
“Will it?” Your voice broke softly as you looked up at him.
“I’ll make sure of it.” He said softly to her making eye contact
“Promise?” She asked quietly.
“I promise.” He responded promisingly.

What if someone in chat paid Fox a hefty sum to eat out/suck off the captive with some teeth involved.
He would so do it, especially if the teeth are involved. For my pussy havers, expect fingering. Which normally wouldnt sound like such a bad thing, but lemme remind you bro has CLAWS. If you ever tried finger fucking with acrylics you know that shit ain't comfortable. His tongue is so mean tho <3 it's like his jaw never gets tired and it wont until you're crying and begging him to stop. In terms of torture well he'd have to shove like the blade of a knife inside of you, or fuck you with a bottle til it breaks (ya know, like that one Strade fic on AO3). Burning of course is a fun one, at least for him. Generally I dont think he prefers it because well if he melts your labia shut that can mean some more issues in the long run that he'd prefer avoiding.
Bro literally had to suck dick for two years, so I guarantee you his head is immaculate. However, if you got a dick you're kinda screwed. Dick + teeth = not a happy ending. He's definitely bitten one of in his life, it was really weird spitting out because duh it's someones dick. Honestly if you have a dick its just... more torture cause it's easier for him. Cutting it off, sounding rods, stabbing it, skinning it, whatever he can think of. Cutting off seems to be the general favorite.
His audience teases him so much for his oral skills <3 he makes sure to remind his audience just because he's giving that doesnt mean hes bottoming (they'll never see him bottom, bottoming is a private pleasure)

A desperate cry on your deathbed leads to you being given a fresh start at life. You're overjoyed at having finally obtained a healthy body and a real chance at living normally, only to discover that you've been transported into a yandere game, where danger lurks at every corner. Determined to protect your new life at any cost, you vow to stay as far away from the major characters of the game as possible. But things don't always go as planned.

“Honestly, I thought you would’ve given up by now,” Sergei sighed.
“What? Of course not,” you frowned. “I’ll have you know I’m very serious about this. Look, I’ve even been practicing!”
You proceeded to swing your wooden sword with visible enthusiasm, making cutting motions left, right, and center.
Needless to say, he wasn’t impressed.
Today marked the second day of your lessons with the kind-hearted knight who ended up meeting a gruesome fate. Naturally, you had no intention of getting ahead of yourself. It wasn’t as if you expected to become some sort of prodigy overnight. But every effort counted, and the more you practiced, the better equipped you were to defend yourself if something went awry. After stupidly letting your guard down and helping out Flora, you needed to keep up with your training, now more than ever.
“So?” you huffed, wiping the sweat off your forehead. “What do you think?”
Sergei’s brows were creased. He looked like he was searching for the right words to say.
“I think that you have absolutely no talent with a sword.”
Okay, well he clearly hadn’t found the right words, because ouch.
“You’re so mean,” you whined. “This is only our second lesson! Don’t you think it’s too early to jump to conclusions? Of course I’m not going to be great right off the bat. I’m only a beginner. Were you immensely talented from the get-go?”
“Yes,” Sergei said calmly. “My talent is the whole reason I decided to become a knight.”
“Ugh. Okay, that’s beside the point. What I’m trying to say is that someone can suck at something at the beginning, but that doesn’t mean they can’t improve one day.”
“I agree with that,” Sergei acknowledged. “I’m not saying that you can’t learn, but from what I’ve seen, it’s already quite clear that this isn’t the sort of activity that will come naturally to you. Everyone has different types of skills. Why not take up a hobby that you might be better suited towards? It could save you a lot of frustration, and sword-fighting really isn’t the sort of thing a lady like you will ever have any use for...”
But I can’t learn something else. It’s not like I’m doing this for fun. I need to make sure I’ll have some way of protecting myself.
Obviously, you couldn’t tell him that for you, learning to use a sword was absolutely essential. So, you did what you did best. You lied.
“As I’ve told you before, I am a very prudent woman,” you said.
Sergei snorted. Okay, rude.
“Lately, I keep having nightmares of criminals attacking me in the middle of the night, and I can’t do anything but quiver helplessly. Irefuse to be helpless,” you frowned. “I never want to end up in the sort of situation where I just cower in fear and hope for the best. I want to take charge of my life and fight until the very end.”
“This seems to be an ongoing concern of yours,” he remarked, looking a touch concerned. “Being cautious is all well and good, but there is such a thing as worrying too much. If you’re really so afraid, why don’t you just make sure to take a personal guard when you go out in public?”
“Yes, I can do that.”
“So, then...”
“But if they fail to protect me, then I’m right back to square one.”
Sergei shook his head in disbelief. “Alright, alright. If training with a sword will really help to put your worries to rest, then I suppose it’s the least I can do for you. But you really should know that the odds of you getting hurt, especially if you aren’t on your own, are remarkably slim. Infinitesimal, even.”
Ha. You’d be surprised.
“Yes, I know,” you said, mustering a smile. “But this really does make me feel better about the whole thing. I feel powerful, even though I realize I’m far from it yet. And now I have the added challenge of becoming so good that you’ll be forced to eat your words. Hehe.”
“At the very least, your enthusiasm is certainly admirable,” Sergei chuckled.
Right. That was all you had, really. Enthusiasm. And fear. Fear for your life. With such emotions driving you forward, you were certain that you could somehow compensate for your lack of athletic abilities.
As proof of your readiness to train your butt off, you swung your sword several times in quick succession, building up a noticeable burn in your arms. Sergei wasn’t saying anything, just watching you in silence. It didn’t matter if you sucked. Hell, you knew you sucked, but that still wasn’t going to change the fact that you were going to do this, no matter what.
“Lady [Name], please stop,” he eventually said.
You looked back at him in confusion. “Yes? Am I doing something wrong?”
“You’re doing many things wrong, but that’s not what I was getting at. How would you like to try using a real sword today, just to get a feel for it?”
You could hardly contain the grin that burst across your lips. “Really?!”
“It would be good to try,” he nodded. “If the point is to protect yourself, a wooden sword won’t do much to achieve that. It was just to get you a bit familiar with the length and girth of the weapon you’ll be holding. Keep in mind that the real thing will be quite a good deal heavier, though. It will be difficult to adjust to at first.”
“That’s totally fine!” you babbled, eager to finally try out the real thing. You’d never held a sword before. It was difficult to even find swords back in your previous world. All of this was to learn how to protect yourself, but it was still so exciting!
Sergei bit back a smile. “It’s not that amazing. But I have to admit that it’s quite amusing to watch you react so expressively.”
“Well, I’m glad you’re amused. C’mon, gimme!”
“You certainly don’t speak like a noblewoman, though... anyways, here you are. Be careful. Don’t move too suddenly with it.”
He gently placed the hilt of the sword in your hands, with the blade pointed downwards. You couldn’t feel the full weight of it yet, not while Sergei was still gripping it as well.
But then he let go. And the sword fell to the ground.
“Ouchie!” you squealed, frantically shaking your wrist. “My hand nearly broke!”
Sergei clamped a palm over his mouth. “Pfft... n-no, you’re just exaggerating. I did warn you, my lady. Perhaps you were just surprised. Care to try again?”
You grimaced, cheeks glowing bright red. Okay, maybe you were exaggerating just a bit, but that thing was heavy as all hell! In the interest of staying as safe as possible, you knew wielding a sword was practically crucial, but you were slowly realizing that it was an even bigger obstacle than you’d once presumed.
“I can do it,” you huffed, crouching down to pick the sword back up. “It’s okay. I have muscles. Weak, underused ones... but they’re still muscles!”
Sergei was trying not to laugh at you—and failing horribly, at that.
But by some miracle, you managed to pick the sword up. Granted, you had to hold onto it with both hands, and the strain it was placing on your wrists was enough to make your arms shake, but you were actually holding a sword. God, you felt like such a badass!
“I-I’m amazing,” you said, grimacing in between breaths. “Showstopping, incredible, phenomenal. S-Super epic... ugh, I just can’t anymore!”
You dropped the sword once again, sighing in relief. Okay, so it was a work in progress. Strengthening your wrists would likely be crucial. Maybe you could practice by repeatedly opening jars.
“Good effort,” Sergei mused, flashing you a thumbs-up. “It was—pfft! —very entertaining."
“Well, I’m glad one of us enjoyed it,” you eye-rolled.
“Weren’t you going on earlier about how you’d make me eat my words? Surely the weight of the sword isn’t enough to make you quit?”
“I have no intention of quitting,” you reassured. “That being said... is it all possible to make my own sword? One that’s a bit lighter? I’m not as tall or strong as you. I can have one personally customized to better suit me, right?”
Sergei nodded. “Yes, you can have one made by a blacksmith. If you provide him with the rough dimensions of the sword, and what sort of materials you’d like to have used, I’m sure he can craft one that’s more comfortable for you to use. It still won’t be too light, not if you want it to be sturdy enough to deal damage, but you can figure out the details and strike a good balance between what you’d like to achieve.”
“Is there a particular blacksmith you recommend?”
“As a matter of fact, there is. Remind me to write down his name and some other details for you later.”
“Alright. In that case...” You picked up the wooden sword instead of the real one, smiling sheepishly. “Um. Until I have my personal sword made, I’d like to stick with this one, if that’s okay...”
Sergei was clearly holding back the urge to laugh again. “Whatever you say, Lady [Name].”
“Back to training I go,” you hummed. “Watch this! Consecutive wooden sword slashes, but at a dizzying speed. Hyah!”
“Again with the battle cries...”
Even if you were still a noob in the purest sense of the word, over time, your body was bound to adapt. You were intent on getting by through muscle memory alone. Besides, as far as you knew, only two of the yanderes were proficient sword-fighters themselves—namely, Triston and Friedrich. So long as you were armed, and they weren’t, you would probably stand a chance.
Point being, it was best not to skimp on your training. Even if you probably looked like a fool flailing around all over the place.
Still, it was certainly tiring swinging a heavy wooden sword continuously. With every motion, you could feel your arms progressively turning to jelly. Coupled with the fact that it was so hot out, you were really starting to break a sweat.
“Time out,” you groaned, throwing your sword down. You tried to fan yourself off with your hand, but it wasn’t doing much good. This goddamn tunic was making you burn up. It needed to go.
So, you proceeded to get rid of it, stripping your outermost layer and exposing the thin camisole you had underneath. The relief was almost immediate. Granted, it was still hot as hell, but your skin could finally breathe now.
“L-Lady [Name]!” came the horrified splutter. You turned to find Sergei gaping at you in disbelief, several shades redder than he’d been a few seconds ago.
“Yes?” you frowned.
“You can’t just get undressed like that all of a sudden! Please remember that you are in public!”
He looked away in a hurry, and you had to admit, it was kind of cute. In the game, Sergei made every effort to act the part of a knight. He was sometimes guilty of being too serious, although he eventually came to let his guard down around Flora, after falling for her gentleness. From what you recalled, he’d never been much of a joker, yet in the few interactions he’d had with you, you’d already gotten to see him laugh it up plenty of times at your expense. And now he was even blushing. It was refreshing to see such different sides to a character you liked.
But honestly, you didn’t really get what the big deal was. The camisole was pretty thin, sure, but it wasn’t all that revealing. A tiny bit of cleavage and bare shoulders, but that was about it. Back in your world, people showed plenty of skin, so you definitely weren’t used to such an innocent reaction. Your case especially was rather unique. Countless doctors and nurses had seen you butt naked before, so something like this hardly fazed you.
Watching Sergei get increasingly flustered was rather amusing, though.
“You can drop the title, you know,” you chuckled, still fanning yourself off. “Just [Name] is fine.”
“No, I really mustn’t,” he insisted. His face was buried in his palms, and it almost seemed like he was itching to move them out of the way and steal another peek, but his willpower remained undaunted. “This is already quite improper... and you allow me to speak to you so casually in the first place. Now, please, will you get dressed?”
“Aw. But it’s way too hot out. I’d rather keep practicing like this.”
“Lady [Name], what you have on leaves almost nothing to the imagination. Please, for my sake, I’ll ask that you cover up again.”
“Prude,” you muttered under your breath. Alright, alright. You could sort of understand that this was set in a different time period, with different standards and all that, but you were really struggling to feel modest given your previous lived experiences. Guess that was yet another thing you’d have to get used to here.
With a great deal of reluctance, you put your tunic back on, cursing the fact that they didn’t even have air conditioning in this world.
“You can look now,” you announced. “Rest assured that my breasts are back in their rightful place.”
Sergei gritted his teeth, still red as a tomato. “In the name of all that is holy, I am literally begging you to stop.”
“Hehe.”
“Don't hehe me!”
It was safe to say that Sergei was too embarrassed to look you in the eye for the rest of your training session.
Tumblr media
Cedric Lightsteel, huh?
You stared down at the piece of paper in your hand. It was the name of the blacksmith Sergei had personally recommended to you. Sergei spoke very highly of him, so you didn’t doubt that he’d be able to craft you the perfect sword. Once you’d obtained a weapon tailored to suit your needs, you were confident that your skills would improve astronomically.
Anyways, things were looking good. As expected, it felt good to plan everything out in the event that you got caught up in something dangerous. Based on the natural progression of the plot, you still had plenty of time until the yanderes began exhibiting their dangerous tendencies—not that you planned on ever seeing any of them again.
There had been a little hiccup with Flora, sure, but you’d ignored her letter. By now, you were confident that she would’ve gotten the message. Even if you did feel really shitty about it.
“Man, I’m pooped,” you yawned, stretching your arms out. Living in a healthy body really was incredible. You’d worked your butt off today, and you were definitely tired, but it still didn’t even come close to the fatigue you experienced every single day back in your old life. Even with minimal activity, you’d been in a perpetual state of exhaustion back then. You slept just about always, lied around doing very little when you were awake, and your body struggled to do even that much.
It almost made you want to cry. The fact that you actually got to live like this now. That was why you needed to hold onto it with all your strength.
You decided to unwind by taking a nice, hot bath. Modern day luxuries were certainly missing in this world, but that just meant that you had more time to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. You could even feel some of your vigor returning to you as you soaked in the delightful bubbly water. You’d trained for hours, but with this body, it felt like you’d be good to do the whole thing all over again after just a little bit of rest.
Sighing happily, you eventually decided that you were squeaky clean and stepped out of the tub, wrapping a towel around your body.
Then, you walked back into your bedroom.
Only to find a strange man sitting on the bed.
“Ah,” he smiled upon locking eyes with you. “Did you have a nice bath? I was waiting for you to finish. Come, let’s have a chat."
Unsurprisingly, you screamed.

Man or Monster?
Okie, so I've thinking about Vogel recently, and I've been curios as to how far Darius' ideoligies have affected the twins. If they have at all. This isn't really a theory, but more like thoughts I've been having, and I want to write them down so I can see things shape over time.
I do discuss event spoilers and mention Ellis route spoilers below, just FYI.
We still don't really know anything about them, but I've been curios as to whether the twins view themselves as humans or not.
Darius doesn't really seem to consider himself human due to being cursed, and what kind of got me started on this was thinking back to Nica's Wrapped event. Although I don't want to say too much because I'm no expert on Vogel, especially Darius, but.....
There is this scene in the premium end where Nica says "humans are foolish," so that just reminds me of Darius. And, if Nica doesn't consider himself to be a human, that would make sense to me because it's theorized that Darius may have been the twin savior, and I'm sure that they'd be inclined to listen to the thoughts and ideas of the one who saved them from their living hell as human experiments (if that's the case).
Tumblr media
Which leads me to my next thought. If a curse can't exist in two people at the same time, then it could be said that one twin was cursed, and the other wasn't. Bring in the fact that genetic study was discovered in the 19th century and two little boys who may have be orphaned or sold are now in the hands of curious and greedy doctors and/or scientists.....Then we've got the perfect set up of one of the twins being made into a cursed host. Again, just a thought.
Another thought that I feel supports the fact that at least Nica doesn't consider himself to be human, is in one of his bond levels (to be translated), Nica is surprised that the MC takes his hand of her own accord and even mentions that to her. To me, that kind of just further proves the fact that he may view himself as a monster rather than a human, or at the very least someone worthless or undesirable.
Tumblr media
Additionally, it's interesting to note (although I feel that it is trulyjust a coincidence), that in Ellis' MLE, there is a scene where the antagonist calls the Crown members monsters. This pisses Jude off a little bit and after he denounces the antagonist for their sins, Jude asks them "Who's the monster here?"
Of course, that's based loosely upon my summary of his route and not a thorough translation, so EN may use a different term. However, if they do use monster, then I think it's nice that we may now be delving further into the realm of what truly makes a monster a monster, and a man a man.
I mean, aren't we kind of exploring that very faint, underlying theme in each of the routes anyway? To me, none of the guys are monsters, but I feel like this would be a fun concept to explore in-game even more.

miko your tags …….. i’m gonna start barking i wasn’t even thinking abt predator prey roleplay with furina i was just thinking about bullying her until she squirts …. my head is full of thoughts
I literally just blacked out
Tumblr media
I just think she’s so adamant about not being scared, about how she’s sooo brave and sooo independent even when she’s with you. So when you suggest she walk on ahead after your cosy little meal out, that you just need to stop and grab something from the postal offices or was it a bag of coffee beans and a cake? She wasn’t truly listening because all of a sudden she’s alone and it’s glowy and dark but not quite night time and the shadows are hazy and the setting sun still has its gentle warmth.
But she’s alone. And you’re not here. Or are you? Furina is a brave girl, you’ll see, she’ll prove to you that she can walk home all on her own even though she’s beginning to quiver and she thinks someone’s following her but she’s too nervous to look back.
S’probably just someone going in the same direction as her, wearing your same shoes with your same gait. But she can’t be sure. Nerves muffle your footsteps into something unrecognisable, causes sweat to bead on the back of her neck and unleashes something jittery in her tummy. It’s you, it has to be. Who else has a jingly little bell on their belt?
But you wouldn’t chase her like this? Would you? Or stalk? Like she was something meek and ripe and delectable. Maybe you would. You do devour her like a predator most of the time, and sometimes you’re mean about it too. Maybe you’re being mean now. Maybe. Maybe you’re having fun, teasing her, running her into a narrow alley with a dead end which Furina purposefully on accident went down.
She was scared! How was she supposed to know it was the next alley that was the shortcut when she’s close to hyperventilating and suddenly throwing furtive, terrified glances over her shoulder? You’re shrouded in shadow, but your eyes glow with something worrying and hungry. You seem bigger than life, but oh so small in your flitting from shadow to shadow in your advancing upon her.
Furina squeaks. You smile with a wet smack of your lips. She twirls around and kicks over an empty box. You do not stop your measured steps towards her and emit a soothing shushing noise as if trying to calm a frightened, cornered prey.
Perhaps you were, with how she was trembling and searching for a way out. But where her panting was picking up, her bottom lip wobbling and her eyes glistening with tears; her thighs, pale in the dappled dusk light, were squeezing and brushing together, not doubt concealing something shameful. Furina whimpered and backed against the wall,
“Stop it,” she whispered, “you’re being mean,”
“You’ve gotten yourself a bit lost, haven’t you honey?”
Furina tells herself she doesn’t like you calling her that, but she can’t deny the honey slowly sticking to her underwear with the way you size her up like a meal.
“I’m not lost, someone was following me,” she tries to be brave, tries to hold her head up but you’re stopping a few feet from where she’s quivering and staring at her. Through her. Eyes hot and melting her from the inside, as if she’s naked before you and you’re drinking everything without shame.
“Maybe they were, and you thought to get yourself cornered? How silly of you Furina, such a silly, foolish girl,” you chastise, though it doesn’t quite hold the heat and Furina squeezes at the humiliation, eyes closed tight and lip bitten raw. She doesn’t want to look at you, at the way you take in her squirming and rustling and fidgeting.
“It’s almost as if - you wanted to be caught, such an absurd thought, I thought you wanted the independence - I thought you were smarter than that Furina,”
The space between the two of you feels heavy, like jelly, like ice ready to shatter and Furina isn’t sure when you move. But you do. And it’s fast, predatory, a strike when she’s least expecting it. And she’s crying out and jerking against you but you’re solid and eager and hissing into her mouth with your hand shoved down her shorts.
“Do you want to learn your lesson? That you should always do as I say? That everything I do is to keep you safe?” Your fingers are so mean, so so mean and hard and rough but so fucking good between her thighs. There’s a ring on your thumb and it’s cold when you slip against her clit, but your fingers are warm when they bully inside of her and twist and crook and curl and beg against the sweetest, gooiest spots.
“When I tell you to go on ahead and head home, especially while it’s still light enough - what do you do?”
Furina turns her head away from you, eyes fluttering and lips wet from - something. She’s a mess, wound up tighter than usual and she thinks it’s from being so crudely in public, hidden by the shadows and fully clothed. Her nipples are so hard against her brassier, rubbing painful and sensitive when she wishes for the dressing of your mouth. Her heels scrape loudly on the stone, unable to keep herself still and upright, trusting you to bear her weight and shove her into the wall. She shakes her head, unable to remember the question.
“Answer me Furina, be a good girl now,” your other hand fondles her chest, hard and rough but only because of her many layers of clothing. You’re kind here, finding her nipple and tweaking it enough to have her gasping even if the sensation is slightly muted by her sash, and coat, and waistcoat, and shirt, and brassier. She curses. She sobs that she wishes she was naked so she could feel you touching her properly. She weeps your name when you add a third finger and marvel quietly to yourself about how well she’s taking you.
Her cunt is snug, oozy, molten hot and silky soft, accepting your fingers greedily. You grow annoyed for a moment that it isn’t your cock that she’s milking so eagerly, blue and opaque with surprisingly comfortable straps. You’re sure she’d leave creamy rings round the base. You’re sure she’d let you slip a couple of fingers alongside, if she’s so delectably hungry for it.
“Huh - wha -?” Furina is babbling and jolting and half fighting you through your aroused delirium, unaware of how thoroughly you were fucking her into the bare, brick wall. It’s gibberish what she’s half sobbing, mascara tracking down her cheeks and there’s a yelp of your name maybe, and you’re suddenly hyper aware of how wet she is and how she’s clenching and her clit throbs hard as fuck beneath your thumb and - and
She comes loud enough for it to echo down the alley, perhaps through the entire district. A punch of a cry, loud and high pitched, breathless as if she had been running for miles and miles. Warmth floods between her legs but this is different, this is so different to what she’s used to. At the last second, you’d ripped your fingers from her and viciously rubbed her clit somehow even in the confines of her clothes. And there was no stopping the force of her orgasm, coating your hand and leaving her absolutely sodden,
“So not only are you a silly, foolish girl, but you’re a dirty one too? I thought you were a brave, independent woman Furina, look at yourself - you’re a mess,”
Furina can’t answer you, twitching and staring up at the sky with tears still flooding down her cheeks. You’re right, she thinks, she’s a mess. She can feel it running down her legs and staining her socks, she can hear it as you pull your hand from her shorts and wipe it clean on your skirt, she can smell it in the air as she dares to test the strength of her legs. Humiliation fills her from the toes up to her head, tingling and cold, ready to send her into a fit of dry sobs and begs for this never to be mentioned again,
“You know I’m gonna make you do that again right? Fuck - imagine the mess you’d make at home,”
Your voice snaps her down from the heavens, clutching you like a lifeline. Something like a laugh rumbles through you as she throws herself into your arms and hides her face in your neck, cheeks burning and lips pouting. You stroke her back,
“Nearly got there Furina, a few more steps and you would’ve made it home all on your own, and you let me explore a little of something I like as well, thank you,”
Furina doesn’t dare look at you but emits a funny noise of confusion, allowing you to guide her from the wall as you begin your short walk home. Just before you reach the street, you pause and take her cheeks with your forefinger and thumb, forcing her to look at you with her lips plump and wet,
“You’re cute when you’re frightened, can’t help chasing you, scaring you a little, makes me feel good,”
Furina goes to speak, in defence or argument or to make some excuse; but you kiss her quiet. A chaste thing, lingering, soft and promising before leading her across the street to your apartments. You look back as you usher her over the threshold and stifle a grin at the little damp drops that had followed her from the alley, a stain upon the street and forever ingrained in your memory.

i do understand why this works for me and not necessarily for everyone
(a major theme of my work is that, in the question of whether people are inherently good or inherently bad, the only true answer is that we are inherently silly and kinda stupid, including all the way down to most evils not being done with grand motives in mind, but because of simple human incompetence or pettiness or not-seeing-the-forest-for-the-trees, but that just as often most acts of good have no grander motivation either, its just a matter of realizing this, realizing your capacity for both, and watching yourself to try and limit your harm as best you can)
but i do think its fun to just have mistakes in stories be mistakes. like. the character themselves just kinda fucked up that one moment, or should have known better, but just. didn't realize. or only realizes it with the blessing of afterthought. like people just DO shit that would get dinged as plotholes all the time, constantly, and i think its very weird to act like characters acting like people in a thousand minor ways is something that flat out shouldn't exist in fiction.
#all the care guide says is 'biomass'#everyone is stupid at least part of the time. its fine.#even very smart people are just as prone to being stupid in the same areas that theyre smart in#in ways that they absolutely should know better than to make#and ESPECIALLY are stupid in areas of knowledge theyre less familiar in#its okay. people are just like this.#the most competent person in the world is still making a thousand of these mistakes all the time#the only difference is that they know how to roll with them#also its fun because now you get the characterization moment of said character REALIZING their fuckup#and how they respond to that#and how other characters respond to it when they realize the first character made that mistake#i like the ''wait. why did i do that?'' moments#and showing affection through other characters ribbing them#and again. showing competence mostly through how good they are at rolling with the punches#effectively being more about thinking light on their feet#instead of having the perfect answer all the time (because often this just makes a character look More Stupid to me)#(than when they fuck up but know how to course-correct)#also tbf another major theme i like is ''everyone is a hypocrite and no one has a perfect list of character traits''#like. people have conflicting traits or personalities within themselves just as like. a standard.#everyone is weird and messy and can basically do or say anything if properly led to that point#nothing is written in stone and people are fluid ESPECIALLY internally#people will constantly do shit that doesnt seem to be in-character for them but it is#because they did it. theres no monopoly on who someone should be.

So many killer lines#I think my favourite is ''I'm not sick but I'm not well'' ask me to read into that I will I'm gonna I'll do it even if you don't ask me lol#So fun to draw those lapses in control the poor dear ♥#The digital reconstruction there was a lot of fun as well actually :D I think I nailed it :3 Pulled around from all over the page! So I wanted to apply to the second level of studies at the university where I did my bachelors degree after a year long break and it was lowkey my only plan for the forseeable future (2 more years of studying until I have to start thinking again about what in the actual fuck I want to be doing with my life). And today I learn that despite me passing the final exam one year ago with 100% points and them saying on their website that results from last year will be taken into account during this year's recruitation for the second level... it turns out that no, you have to pass the exam THIS year, and those start in about two weeks from now. I emailed them about this because they were giving me some contradicting information to put it mildly and they tell me that ooops, sorry about that, that thing on our website was outdated. So, you're saying that you have chosen war.

✧ I won’t really write descriptions for these, but see original post tags for explanation/commentary on the song snippet ✧
#This was literally just off the top of my head improvising words that rhyme (as is obvious from me rhyming the word#'on' with the word.... 'on' (what's going ON my name is ON' etc. lol) but after actually thinking about it this kind of seems a little#sinister?? why is his name on the news? why is he fleeing town? makes me think of of some guy who's killed#someone or is finally getting caught for his crimes so one last stop before he flees town is he returns home to his husband (who he#calls Hummingbird sometimes I guess) and is like 'erm... tee hee.. I can't tell you why but I shall leave. farewell' etc.#also 'I guess I could show you' having a bad implication like.. yeah I COULD show you the dead bodies and evidence of my crimes#but I will spare you from that and simply let you live in ignorance (at least until you see the news at 10.. but I will be long gone by#then.. eating green beans somewhere lol).. ANYWAY.. 100% unintentional but you could actually almost read some sort of meaning#out of this one. until the green beans part ghhbjb.. I try so hard for everything to just be meaningless gibberish#that has no connection but I suppose sometimes a connection can be made. alas.. a perhaps accidentally Dark seeming song snippet#OR alternate theory. uhh... actually his name is on the news for a good reason. he donated all his money to charity and now#he's fleeing town just because he's embarassed to be publicly recognized.. a shy philanthropist OR an evasive murderer#BOTH versions of him like green beans. which is the truth? up to listener interpretation lol.. Also I#still find it immensely funny for some reason to do this lower sounding style of singing. which not that I really care about like having a#Broad Range or something since I don't think it'd even be possible to have one in my position (as someone#with zero musical/vocial training/etc.) BUT because part of what I find fun is like.. experimenting with all different sorts of sounds#and also doing choir type stuff. So then I do want to be able to sound like multiple people.. if that makes sense? I want to have a really#high voice and the a really low voice and have them sing together and it sounds like a duet or something when it's really just one person.#etc. Thus have a passing interest in learning to adopt different singing styles if I can. because then that's funny and I can do a wider#variety of things like it's all different characters or something as if all the song snippets are done by different people or etc.#(maybe just part of the nature of it being experimental).#And the low voice is always the goofiest sounding to me and very 'fake' seeming I guess#like blatantly is just someone putting on an affect or whatever but still in a kind of fun jokey way lol#beepo tag

I haaate when apple pay doesn’t work and I have to type my credit card number in because now I have to actually comprehend the ways in which I am damaging myself financially
#i am not even going to lie to you i have bought a typewriter#in my defence i have been thinking about it for ages. i mean this thing has been in the back of my mind since i heard of it in like… may#maybe june. july? anyway it’s been a while#and realistically yes i need to stop making stupid purchases before someone finds out and does an intervention#but for all i know the next great british novel is percolating in my head and i will make my money back#and if not.. at least i can ban myself from buying notebooks and that’ll save me some money#i do have an idea to declutter. i’m going to sell and donate all my surplus knitting needles#basically i will try to donate them first but i doubt anyone will take all of them so i’m going to try vinted and other such places#how will i package these? that remains to be seen#i have. all my grandma’s old needles. my stepdad’s mom’s old needles. my stepdad’s ex-mother-in-law’s old needles#some of my neighbour’s mom’s old needles; some of my godmother’s mom’s old needles; and also needles i myself bought when i was like 16#and price point was the only thing i looked at#i’m talking like well over a hundred pairs of knitting needles; some straight some circular and a lot of dpns#none of them seem to be in coherent sets with regards to material or length so uhhh that’s fun#honestly i think i’m just going to get everything but my chiaogoo needles and anything that isn’t actively in a project out of the house#and then buy chiaogoo interchangeables. and then that’s it. that’s all the needles i need in my life#maybe i will keep some of my knitpro symfonie as well since they were expensive and also i love them. but idk#symfonie would be my first choice for a full set of dpns in every possible size i gotta say. i love symfonie#anyway. so that’s what’s happening here#i also want to organise my notions and crochet hooks because i feel like i buy them then lose them then they turn up and i just end up#with tons. there must be about 20 tapestry needles in this house. how many do i currently have access to? 3#personal
